Hardware

Future-proof hardware
for parking operations

Hardware and software from a single vendor. One call when something goes wrong.

Most parking operators deal with a hardware supplier, a software vendor, and an integrator, each pointing at the other when something breaks. Stellos supplies and manages the full stack, so there is one contract, one support line, and one team responsible for everything from the camera to the dashboard.

All hardware is pre-configured before it leaves our facility. On-site installation is mechanical only, the system is already live the moment power and network are connected.

Every component,
Stellos-certified

Each product in the Stellos hardware range is tested for operational reliability, not just lab conditions. Certified for outdoor use across European climate standards.

Works with the equipment already in your car park.

Stellos software integrates with the major barrier and camera brands already installed across European car parks. You don't always need new hardware, we assess what's on-site and connect where possible.

For sites where existing hardware is end-of-life or incompatible, we supply and install Stellos-certified replacements as part of the deployment.

On-site hardware audit

Before deployment, our team assesses existing cameras, barriers, and cabling to determine what's reusable.

Integration or replacement

Compatible hardware is integrated via API or direct protocol. Incompatible units are replaced with Stellos-certified equipment.

Remote firmware management

All connected hardware receives firmware updates remotely. No on-site visits for software maintenance.

Certified across EU markets

Hardware supplied by Stellos meets CE certification and is tested to EN 13241 barrier safety standards.

Live in
48 hours

Hardware is pre-configured at our facility before it ships. On-site installation is mechanical, your team or ours. The system is live the moment power and network are connected.

01

Site survey

We assess your layout, existing hardware, network infrastructure, and access points. Typically done on the same day as contract signature.

02

Pre-configuration

Hardware ships pre-loaded with your site configuration, zones, tariffs, access rules, and integrations set up before the unit leaves our facility.

03

Physical installation

Mounting, cabling, and commissioning. Our certified installers handle the on-site work and sign off on barrier safety compliance.

04

Go live

System is tested end-to-end, staff are briefed, and the site is handed over. Stellos support is available from the moment the first barrier opens.

Hardware support included, not sold separately

Hardware maintenance is part of the Stellos platform subscription. Remote diagnostics, firmware updates, and on-site response are covered, no separate maintenance contract to negotiate.

Remote monitoring

Every connected device is monitored 24/7. Faults are flagged before they affect operations.

OTA firmware updates

Security patches and feature updates delivered remotely. No downtime, no site visit.

On-site response

Hardware failure response within 4 hours for critical components in major cities.

Spare parts coverage

Critical spare parts held in regional stock. No waiting on long-lead manufacturer orders.
