Hardware
Most parking operators deal with a hardware supplier, a software vendor, and an integrator, each pointing at the other when something breaks. Stellos supplies and manages the full stack, so there is one contract, one support line, and one team responsible for everything from the camera to the dashboard.
All hardware is pre-configured before it leaves our facility. On-site installation is mechanical only, the system is already live the moment power and network are connected.
Hardware range
Each product in the Stellos hardware range is tested for operational reliability, not just lab conditions. Certified for outdoor use across European climate standards.
Compatibility
Stellos software integrates with the major barrier and camera brands already installed across European car parks. You don't always need new hardware, we assess what's on-site and connect where possible.
For sites where existing hardware is end-of-life or incompatible, we supply and install Stellos-certified replacements as part of the deployment.

Before deployment, our team assesses existing cameras, barriers, and cabling to determine what's reusable.
Compatible hardware is integrated via API or direct protocol. Incompatible units are replaced with Stellos-certified equipment.
All connected hardware receives firmware updates remotely. No on-site visits for software maintenance.
Hardware supplied by Stellos meets CE certification and is tested to EN 13241 barrier safety standards.
Deployment
Hardware is pre-configured at our facility before it ships. On-site installation is mechanical, your team or ours. The system is live the moment power and network are connected.
We assess your layout, existing hardware, network infrastructure, and access points. Typically done on the same day as contract signature.
Hardware ships pre-loaded with your site configuration, zones, tariffs, access rules, and integrations set up before the unit leaves our facility.
Mounting, cabling, and commissioning. Our certified installers handle the on-site work and sign off on barrier safety compliance.
System is tested end-to-end, staff are briefed, and the site is handed over. Stellos support is available from the moment the first barrier opens.

Hardware maintenance is part of the Stellos platform subscription. Remote diagnostics, firmware updates, and on-site response are covered, no separate maintenance contract to negotiate.
